This is a manual to help you get started on using ADMIRE:

Install:
    1. Download the latest version of ADMIRE and unzip. For example 'ADMIREv1_0.zip'
    2. Load Matlab
    3. In Matlab, make 'ADMIREv1_0' your present working directory
    4. Run 'install.m'

Usage:
    1. Load Matlab
    2. In Matlab, make 'ADMIREv1_0' your present working directory
    3. For usage help, enter 'help ADMIRE_detect'

Example:
    1. Load Matlab
    2. In Matlab, make 'ADMIREv1_0' your present working directory
    3. Enter 'load ./extra/data/glioma141/ADMIRE_params.mat'.
    4. Run admire: 'ADMIRE_detect(outputFiles, dataFiles, ignores, preprocFlags, params, 0.25);'.
    5. View the output specified by 'outputFiles.events'
