I have obtained an engineer diploma from AgroParisTech (2005), a M.Sc. in bioinformatics from the university of Rouen, France (2007) and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics (2011). My Ph.D. was realised under the supervision of Stéphane Robin, Thierry Dubois and Emmanuel Barillot. During that time, I developed statistical methods and algorithms for the analysis of omics data of triple negative breast carcinoma (TNBC). I worked closely with three different laboratories:

Since February 2011, I joined the group of Lodewyk Wessels as part of the CSBC project. I continue to work on the analysis of omics data and I am now more particularly interested in the analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data.
